Chùa là nơi thờ phượng chư Phật và chư Bồ Tát. Đó là nơi để những người con Phật noi theo gương các Ngài mà học và tu theo phương pháp của Đức Phật Thích Ca. Nơi đây yên tĩnh, có các Thầy tu học và hướng dẫn Phật Tử giáo pháp của Đạo Phật. Nơi đây cảnh trí trang nghiêm, không ồn ào náo nhiệt.
Đến chùa, lòng em sẽ dịu hiền và hết sầu muộn, bực tức mỗi khi nghe câu kinh, tiếng mõ, tiếng chuông. Lòng em tự nhiên mến Đạo yêu đời, chăm lo học hành — đó là nhờ những tấm gương sáng chói đạo đức của các Thầy, các anh chị Huynh Trưởng và bạn bè.
Đến chùa, em học hỏi được những điều lợi ích để trở thành em ngoan, học trò hiền giỏi và công dân tốt trong xã hội.
The temple is a place to worship the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. It is a place where the children of the Buddha follow their example to learn and practice the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha. It is a place of tranquillity, where the monks study, practice, and guide Buddhists in the teachings of the Buddha. It is a solemn, dignified place, without noise or commotion.
When you come to the temple, your heart grows gentle and lets go of sadness and anger each time you hear the chanting of the sutras, the sound of the wooden fish, and the ringing of the bell. Your heart naturally comes to love the Dharma and love life, and to study diligently — thanks to the shining moral example of the monks, the youth leaders, and your friends.
Coming to the temple, you learn beneficial things that help you become a good child, a fine and gentle student, and a good citizen in society.
