“Tisse sikkhassu sikkhāya,

Tissā, train in the trainings—

mā taṁ yogā upaccaguṁ;

don’t let your yokes overcome you.

Sabbayogavisaṁyuttā,

Unyoked from all yokes,

cara loke anāsavā”ti.

live in the world free of defilements.
