“Sīhappamatto vihara,

Meditate diligently, Sīha,

rattindivamatandito;

tireless all day and night.

Bhāvehi kusalaṁ dhammaṁ,

Develop skillful qualities,

jaha sīghaṁ samussayan”ti.

and quickly discard this bag of bones.
