“Na nūnāyaṁ paramahitānukampino,

Even on retreat he doesn’t heed the counsel

Rahogato anuvigaṇeti sāsanaṁ;

of the one with supreme compassion for his welfare.

Tathāhayaṁ viharati pākatindriyo,

He lives with unrestrained faculties,

Migī yathā taruṇajātikā vane”ti.

like a young deer in the woods.
