“Dhiratthu taṁ visaṁ vantaṁ,

Curse that vomited poison,

1.2

yamahaṁ jīvitakāraṇā;

which I vomited for the sake of life

1.3

Vantaṁ paccāvamissāmi,

and now shall consume again.

1.4

mataṁ me jīvitā varan”ti.

Death is better for me than life!
