“Nāyaṁ rukkho durāruho,

This tree is not hard to climb,

napi gāmato ārakā;

nor is it far from the village.

Ākāraṇena jānāmi,

For this reason I know

nāyaṁ sāduphalo dumo”ti.

this tree is not sweet-fruited.
